Refund policy

Because BuyOPrint products are made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact print@buyoprint.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund. Custom artwork and correctly produced transfers are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature. If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly.
